This is actually my favorite piece of artwork that I have created and was done to honor one of my favorite musicians Erykah Badu. It was the first project that resulted in me pulling an all-nighter without even realizing it, and I have never gone back to edit or alter any of this piece after turning it in for a class project. I completed this project with less than six months of experience with Adobe Illustrator and have always felt this piece solidified my passion to become one of the greats. This entire thing was created with only letters and a few special characters all from the same font. The pictures below will give you closer looks to see how these letters made up specific portions.
